“I don’t think he’s a bad person,” Darren Till showers praise towards ‘Top G’ Andrew Tate following arrest in Romania
Darren Till appeared in an exclusive interview to discuss his future and opinion on Andrew Tate. The fighter also reacted to Francis Ngannou's exit and UFC 285 announcement.

UFC fighter, Darren Till was featured in an exclusive interview with Basketball Insiders to react to Ngannou’s departure. The fighter also discussed how ‘Top G’ Andrew Tate has been inspiring his walk-ins.
Darren Till went on to pick his stance in favor of Jon Jones over Ciryl Gane in the upcoming UFC 285 title fight. Till, who was trained in MMA in Brazil took the time to explain why the sport is so important in the country.
The British fighter has known Andrew Tate for many years and explained his stance on the controversial figure. “I know he’s very controversial but I don’t think he’s a bad person and that theme tune for me is just sick,” said Till. “You can’t please everyone. I’m a fan of his but not of all his views and that’s just the way the world works,” Till added further in his interview with Basketball Insiders.
Darren Till used Andrew Tate’s theme song at his UFC 282 entrance in his fights against Dricus Du Plessis. Till suffered a loss via submission in round 3.
Darren Till calls Conor McGregor’s career all quits despite being the biggest name in the sport
British UFC fighter, Darren Till expressed his opinion on Conor McGregor’s possible return and future as a fighter. “I’m sure he probably wants to come back but deep down he knows life’s different now. I think it’s probably the end for Conor but he’s still the biggest name in the sport,” said Till.
The Irishman has been called out by Michael Chandler multiple times. In response to Chandler’s callouts, Conor McGregor has agreed that a bout at 170 would make sense. Till also expressed Chandler vs McGregor as an exciting fight and possibly the Irishman’s one of last fights, if not the last.
Darren Till has been one of the most likable characters in the UFC despite his slumped growth as a fighter in the divisions. However, the fighter has shown tremendous support to up-and-coming fighters from the UK.
