Jake Shields is known for his outrageous opinions on Twitter but this time he got roasted by other users for his recent remarks. Shields is a former StrikeForce and UFC fighter who was also a middleweight champion during his time. After getting a record of 33-11, Shields finally decided to retire and now mostly stays active on social media accounts to share his opinions.
The fighter is known for being homophobic and transphobic in the past and making comments on sensitive matters; however, this time he challenged trans men to fight him. Shields in his tweet challenged 10 transgender men to fight him one by one without any break.
“Since trans men are real men I would like to challenge the 10 toughest trans men in the world to a fight. I fight them with no training camp and no rest between each fight,” wrote Shields. According to the fighter as a man, he will easily fight all ten transgender men at the same time. This claim attracted a lot of attention and Twitter got wild about it.

The Tweet got a lot of attention from Twitter users who went online to share their own opinions on the topic. Shields got mixed reactions from fans who criticized him as well as some who took it as a joke and made fun of it. There were some who were genuinely excited about the fight and wanted to see the fight happen.
Even though Shields did get a lot of attention after making these statements, he might have lost a lot of fans as well. But, certainly Shields doesn’t care about losing them or even getting the heat following such statements.
