MMA fans have another reason to closely watch the upcoming UFC Vegas 70 fight event. Khabib Nurmagomedov might be retired from fighting but at least fans are looking to make do with debutant Nurullo Aliev.
Tajikistan’s Nurullo Aliev went viral today for his UFC Vegas 70 weigh-in pictures. The undefeated fighter will make his debut tomorrow and will have a lot of eyes on him. Mainly because he looks like the spitting image of UFC legend Khabib Nurmagomedov.
Nurullo Aliev is a Dana White Contender Series graduate who was offered a contract to fight in the UFC last year. The Tajik fighter has the same appearance as the Dagestani Eagle. At the weigh-ins, the 23-year-old also struck the finger-pointing-to-the-sky pose to make fans go even crazier.
The upcoming fight card will be headlined by Nikita Krylov and Ryan Spann in a light heavyweight bout. Currently, the Tajikistan fighter is being talked about more than any other aspect of the upcoming Fight Night. Simply because of his appearance resembling Nurmagomedov.
Fans can’t wait to see Khabib Nurmagomedov’s doppelganger fight
As soon as the Tajik fighter hit the scale, the entire MMA Twitter was flooded with comments on how his resemblance was similar to Khabib. A quick google search will also show that his nickname is ‘Tajik Eagle‘. To make things more interesting, the fighter’s style of fighting is wrestling and combat sambo.
Fans can’t wait to see Aliev fight in the octagon. There is no doubt that fans would go wild if the fighter displays a performance similar to that of the former lightweight champion. Check out some of the reactions.

Nurullo Aliev will open the UFC Vegas 70 with a fight against 15-7 Jose Johnson. The Tajik fighter with 8-0 record has drawn a lot of attention and there is no doubt he will have a lot of fans watching him kick-start the fight night.
