Francis Ngannou’s decision to part ways with UFC has left the whole MMA community baffled. Fans and Pundits speculate that this might turn out to ruin the former heavyweight champion’s career. However, one of his fellow fighters and friends Israel Adesanya has shown his support for Francis’s move.

The Last Stylebender has posted a few old pictures with Francis Ngannou and Kamaru Usman on his social media accounts. Israel wrote, “History favors the bold, make sure HIS STORY gets told. As for Us…this will age well, because black don’t crack! “

Big things are in store for each of the three individuals in the image in 2023. Following Alex Pereira’s victory over him in the middleweight championship match last year, Israel Adesanya will be eager to reclaim it. After earning it in 2019, ‘The Last Stylebender’ successfully defended it five times until losing it. At UFC 286, Kamaru Usman and Leon Edwards will square off for the welterweight title. Even Kamaru, who had made five successful defenses of his welterweight title, was defeated by Leon Edwards in one of the most spectacular finishes in recent UFC history.

As for Ngannou only time will tell about his future but he is bound to make an impact wherever he lands. He left UFC after he failed to pen down a contract on his own terms which includes the right to sign sponsorship deals, health insurance, and an advocate to represent fighters in board meetings. His move from Ngannou has left a vacant heavyweight championship which will be competed between Jon Jones and Ciryl Gane.

Bantamweight fighter Sean O’Malley is no fan of Francis Ngannou’s decision to exit from UFC. Sean believes the former heavyweight champion is making a big mistake leaving the UFC especially when he has the biggest career match ahead of him.

Speaking on his youtube channel sean said, “UFC, that’s just where you wanna be. That’s where you need to be. If you wanna get paid the most, get the most eyeballs. UFC. Francis is the scariest mot****ker in the world and he is not gonna be fighting in the UFC?.”

This development has not been good from a fan’s perspective as it takes away one of the biggest heavyweight clashes between Jon Jones and Francis Ngannou. As for Francis, he is bound to get a hefty paycheck and contract on his own terms wherever he joins.
