In a recent installment of the JRE podcast, host Joe Rogan spoke to Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon. Among other things, they discussed the FBI’s raid last week on former U.S president Donald Trump‘s estate in Florida. The raid was an escalation of the former president’s legal troubles in recent times.
Currently, there are three separate ongoing investigations against Trump spanning from electoral fraud to his financial affairs and the January 6 insurrection at the US Capitol. This particular investigation was launched by the National Archives and Records Administration, the independent US government body charged with preserving government and historical records.
The FBI was looking for 15 boxes which were allegedly taken from the White House to his home in Mar-a-Lago, Florida. The documents have been said to be related to nuclear programs and some very top-secret documents. However, the former president called this an attack by ‘radical Democrats’ who desperately don’t want him to run for the president in 2024.

Rogan usually discusses a plethora of events currently happening in the world and in America. In episode 1857 of the JRE podcast, Joe Rogan discusses the FBI Raids on the former president’s estate with Babylon Bee CEO Seth Dillon. Rogan and Dillon speculate the implications for Trump in the legal realm rather than campaign politics.
Dillon speculates by stating, “I think that the people who are arguing that [Trump]’s being given a ton of fuel – like, they just poured rocket fuel in his engine – I think it’s absolutely true. I mean, if you just look at the fundraising he’s done off the back of this already.”
Joe states and asks what the implications for The former President would be in the legal realm, “I mean, like legally, like, what did they find? And is he actually in trouble? Because I think the goal was to try to knock him out of the 2024 elections.”
The former fear factor host further stated that if it’s true that the former president indeed was holding classified files, then somebody should be held responsible. “If that’s the case, then that’s a problem. Because that safe can be opened, people can get in there, people can get the code, they can copy it, they can send it to China,” The former fear factor host said.
The JRE host further acknowledged that both things could be valid. The former fear factor host also ponders if the powers that be are “using the FBI in a way that they would never use it against Hillary Clinton, and they’re going after him in a way they would never go after Ghislaine Maxwell’s client list — then we have a real conversation.”
