In episode #1101 The UFC commentator is joined by American director Chris Bell and his brother who is a professional wrestler, Mark Bell. The three talk about a lot of things including the world of professional wrestling. The conversation shifted to WWE legend and Olympian Kurt Angle’s broken neck during the Olympics.
Kurt Angle is an American professional wrestler and an Olympic Gold Medalist in freestyle wrestling. He is best known for his run in the WWE. The 53-year-old wrestler last appeared on WWE in June of this year.

In the episode, Joe along with his guests talk about the world of professional wrestling. The UFC commentator commented on people underappreciated in the pro wrestling world. He went on to applaud them for having extreme levels of agility and the level of hard work those athletes put in.
The conversation then shifted to WWE legend Kurt Angle his neck surgeries, drug addiction, getting fired by the WWE and recovery. During their conversation, the UFC commentator learned about the gold medalist’s broken neck when he was competing in the Olympics.
During the conversation, Chris Bell told the story of the WWE legend’s broken neck, “He won the Olympic gold medal with a broken neck and he’s still going.” Rogan was stunned by this information and went on to reaffirm the statement by stating, “His neck was broken when he won the Olympics?”
Bell responded, “Yup, broken freakin neck, not like broken in half but it was a fracture. He had a fracture in his neck and he still won.” The UFC commentator was visibly stunned by this and only managed to say, “What the Fu*k man!”
Rogan went on to comment on the WWE legend’s neck, Gazing at the picture, he remarked, “Looks like a gopher living in his neck.” They then had a conversation over a photograph Jamie had pulled up of Kurt Angle and Ronda Rousey. The UFC commentator pointed out the fact that the size of the WWE legend’s arm has shrunk, compared to how it used to be in the early days.
