Chael Sonnen is not happy with Jon Jones. He recently went on a rant thrashing Jones for revealing that he declined the offer to fight at UFC 300. Here is what happened:

Jon Jones was reportedly offered UFC 300 but he revealed that he declined the offer. Chael Sonnen was not happy that Jones had publicly declared that he would not headline UFC 300. He went on a rant on his YouTube channel where he said: 

But for right now to come out with nothing monetizable, no payoff, no receipt, no reward, no anything, and advertise that your boss does not have the main event that he’s advertised to the world that he has? It’s a scumbag move, man.

Jon Jones revealed on Submission Radio that Hunter Campbell gave him the opportunity. However, he declined saying that he would not have been ready in time. Jones is recovering from surgeries on a torn pectoral muscle and his left elbow. He said he did not feel confident that his body would be ready in time. Jones also said that he is getting up there in age and he only has a few more events left. Therefore he wants to make sure he gives those events his all and comes back 100 percent.
