Kevin Holland and Dana White have suddenly become best of friends in the UFC. The fan-favorite fighter and UFC boss just can’t get tired of exchanging gifts with each other.

Rarely do you see a fighter bond so well with the UFC president? Dana White is always known to talk with no filter and many fighters have taken offense to the UFC boss’s brutal comments. But not Kevin Holland. The Trailblazer himself likes to keep it unfiltered and seems to have found a great match with White.

The two have started a surprisingly fun friendship and have become “sneaker buddies”. White and Holland have been buying each other the rarest of sneakers and the UFC boss’s latest gift has absolutely stunned the fighter.

In a recent social media video, the fighter showed off the new sneakers that White sent over and said, “Goddamn you, Dana! Oh you – I’m gonna f**king cry!” Holland is clearly overwhelmed by the present. Check out Holland’s video below:

Holland recently took on Khamzat Chimaev on short notice and absolutely stunned the world by his decision to accept to fight a phenom like Chimaev at UFC 279. Despite his brave efforts, the Chechen absolutely ragdolled Holland and finished the fight in the first two minutes.

Following the defeat, Holland took to Instagram to announce his retirement. This was very unexpected from the fighter and he sure did surprise everyone including his “sneaker buddy” White himself. “When what happened to him happens to you, I think you lay in the bed in the night and going, ‘holy sh*t how did that happen to me!'” said White talking to the media.

“He’s an emotional guy so I think the emotions got the best of him…I love the kid but retiring is a little too soon for him,” White reacted to Holland’s retirement. Do you think Dana White could convince Holland into coming out of retirement and go back to entertaining the fans?
