“Makes you question everything,” Navy Seal member who served in Iraq war finds Joe Rogan’s intense morning training too brutal

UFC color commentator and podcast host Joe Rogan has a very strict morning routine. Rogan is an avid believer in keeping his body at optimal performance and functionally fit. When retired Navy Seal David Goggins appeared as a guest on the podcast he had a few things to say about Rogan’s routine. Goggins praised Rogan’s strict morning routine and talked more about his cold plunges.
David Goggins and his tendency to complete the hardest of tasks through sheer willpower and determination is lauded by many superstars around the globe. He is the only member of the US armed forces to complete the SEAL training, US Army school and Air Force Controller Training. Apart from all these Goggins has completed several impossible feats which he mentions in his book Can’t hurt me. Earlier this month, Rogan also revealed the taekwondo kick that ended his MMA career.
According to Rogan, he starts his morning by directly climbing into the cold Plunge for 3 minutes. He then proceeds to work out and go on with his day. ” I wake up in the morning, I don’t wear any warm clothes, I walk out and lift the lid on that Morosko Cold Plunge. Every day I climb in, I get there for 3 minutes in the morning and then I work out,” said Joe Rogan. Goggins remarked on the brutality of cold exposure part as he has a similar experience as well.
“Being in f*cking cold ice water is literally the one thing that makes you question everything. I’ve been through a lot of different training in the military and that cold water, many dreams die while suffering. “said David Goggins. Goggins has appeared as a guest around 2 times on the podcast but has been mentioned in several episodes.

People who don’t exercise are silly according to Joe Rogan
Joe Rogan Thinks that people who do not exercise are silly and not disciplined. Apart from being outrageously famous for his podcast, stand-up comedies and being a commentator at UFC, Rogan is also known for his love of keeping physically fit. Due to his past as a mixed martial artist, Rogan is a keen fitness enthusiast. During his podcast with guest Andrew Santino, The UFC color commentator gave his opinions on people who do not work out.
“This idea that there’s some sort of nobility or humility in not caring about your body its silly. Move your body you will feel better afterwards,” said Rogan. His opinions were also backed by Andrew Santino. Santino went on to mention how the rise of MMA has led to certain areas of fitness becoming popular. He also added some of his friends who were nerds and did not like working out have fallen in love with it.
