Sean Strickland had stated himself to be a true American and is very vocal about gun rights. He had famously put a trespasser at gunpoint. Moreover, he had even openly expressed his desire to kill another man on numerous occasions. Strickland celebrated his 33rd birthday recently, on February 27.

Moreover, it was a surprise for Strickland and also for those who planned it. Strickland’s friends, which include Chris Curtis, planned a surprise birthday party for Strickland. However, Strickland surprised them when he showed his handgun to them. Strickland shared the video of the incident on social media.

The video of the incident went viral on social media. From the video, it was evident that Strickland mistook the celebration for a home invasion. Sean Strickland has multiple guns in his possession, but the gun in the video was similar to the one he used against the trespasser a couple of months back.

Strickland’s love for guns is well known. Before his fight against Dricus Du Plessis at UFC 297, a gun shop owner had gifted him a gold-plated gun. Strickland often practiced in gun ranges, and another UFC expert, Valentina Shevchenko, had even challenged him to a shooting range game.
