Tom Aspinall can already sense his potential opponent in the form of Alex Pereira. After winning the UFC interim heavyweight title at UFC 295, Aspinall acknowledged Alex Pereira sizing him up as a potential opponent. The clip of him narrating the entire incident made rounds on social media.

Tom Aspinall narrated the entire incident in a recent interview on the True Geordie Podcast. He narrated how he could feel Alex Pereira picking him out for a potential fight in the heavyweight division. This is what he said:

He was quite frosty when we first met...Got off the press conference and i said oh like how was it? I said you know that’s Alex Pereira. He said yeah. I said he thinks he can beat me you know. I literally could feel of him that, I just felt like maybe I am making this up in my mind. When I saw the headline that he was going to move up to heavyweight, I thought that does make a bit of sense.
