“Canelo is a different motherf***er,” Sean O Malley trashes the idea of a fight between Jake Paul and Canelo anytime soon
Canelo Alvarez, Sean O Malley and Jake Paul
The American YouTube icon turned professional boxer, Jake Paul stamped his authority as a legit boxer by knocking out the former UFC Welterweight champion, Tyron Woodley in a rematch couple of weeks ago.
Paul improved his undefeated record to 5-0 with this win and after his win, he went on a rant against the UFC president Dana White and UFC fighters like Jorge Masvidal, Nate Diaz, and Conor McGregor. Jake Paul also presented them the opportunity to earn the biggest paychecks of their career by fighting him.
The UFC fighters can’t fight anywhere else while they are under the contract with the promotion and the UFC Bantamweight fighter, Sean O Malley thinks the same that Jake Paul won’t be fighting any one of these famous UFC fighters next as the promotion won’t let this happen.
Talking about the same in his latest Youtube video, Sean O Malley says, “They can’t they don’t Diaz, Masvidal, Kamaru none of them because that can’t even be negotiated. It’s because you can’t negotiate under UFC contract so those fights will not happen until Dana really wants to see Jake lose and he is very confident in one of his fighters that he could beat him.”
“Even then I don’t know if he would let them fight, we’ll see what’s next but I don’t think it is going to be anyone on the UFC roster.”
Sean O Malley believes Jake Paul should never enter the boxing ring against Canelo Alvarez
The former UFC Middleweight champion and G.O.A.T, Anderson Silva is amongst the front runners to face Jake Paul next in the betting odds. But according to Sean O Malley fighting Silva, this soon isn’t a good idea for Paul.
Sean O Malley added, “Watching Anderson after what he did to Tito (Ortiz), that’s a risky fight I don’t think that would be necessarily a smart fight for Jake to take yet but who knows maybe it’s fun to play around.”
Jake Paul also called out the undisputed Middleweight boxing champion, Canelo Alvarez after his win and according to Sean O Malley this is going to be the worst possible match-up for him and he should never fight Canelo.
O Malley continued, “Maybe two or three years down the road he can fight him and it could be one of the get paid like of thing but dude Canelo’s a different motherfu**er. Canelo is terrifying in that boxing ring, his neck is thicker than me.”
