“No easy task,” Uriah Hall offers to fight Darren Till in a middleweight scrap in England

Uriah Hall calls out Darren Till

An interesting matchup seems to be brewing in the middleweight division. UFC Veteran Uriah Hall has called out Darren Till for a fight.

Uriah Hall is itching for a fight and the middleweight fighter has called out Darren Till, who is also looking to bounce back in his career. The two middleweight fighters are looking to get back the momentum in their careers. If this matchup does come to life, it would be an exciting bout for the fans of MMA.

Hall is a veteran of the sport and is coming off a loss against rising middleweight talent Sean Strickland in August of 2021. The fighter had a very disturbing win against former champion Chris Weidman at UFC 261. On his Twitter, Uriah called out Till and wrote, “bruh I’m giving you all the leverage you need I’ll fight u in your hometown…no easy task.”

Is Uriah Hall the right matchup for Darren Till?

Darren “The Gorilla” Till

UFC’s fan-favorite from Liverpool, England has not had the best of times in the UFC recently. The fighter’s decision to move up a weight class has not paid him very well. Being 7-2 as a welterweight fighter, Till decided to move up a weight class and fight in the middleweight division. ‘The Gorilla’ has managed to win one out of his three fights in the 185lb division.

Since his win against Kelvin Gastelum at UFC 244 in 2019, Darren has not won a fight inside the octagon. Darren Till’s latest defeat against Derek Brunson was one of the worst in his career. The Liverpool fighter had no answer to Brunson’s wrestling and lost via submission in the third round.

With a record of 18-4-1 in his career, the fighter will look to bounce back on the winning charts. Though Hall might not be there on the top in the rankings chart, ‘Prime Time’ might be the best option right now for Darren. Would you like to see a middleweight matchup between Hall and Till?
