Watch: Kai Kara-France works on his leg kicks and distance management with UFC middleweight kingpin Israel Adesanya

Kai Kara-France gets support from teammate Israel Adesanya
City Kickboxing Teammates and friends, Kai Kara-France and Israel Adesanya have shared a close link. This was pretty evident after Israel’s reaction to Kai’s impressive knockout of former champion Cody Garbrandt.
Kai Kara- France who is set to fight Askar Askarov at UFC Fight Night: Blaydes vs. Daukaus, has been in training ever since the fight has been confirmed. The Flyweight fighter has resorted to keeping himself busy in his Auckland gym while training with his fellow teammates, such as Dan Hooker.
Kara owes his growth and commitment to his Gym Buds. He says that their drive to accomplish their own goals is what keeps him motivated to focus on his path to the flyweight title.
Kai said, “There’s so many fighters in our gym that it’s just an ongoing machine – there’s no offseason, it’s just train and once you finish your fight, you have a few weeks off and then you get back into it because you’ve got to get ready for the next guy’s fight and help them out. Then, when it’s your turn to fight again, they turn up for you. It’s a great place to be.”
In a recently uploaded YouTube Video, Kai “Dont Blink” Kara-France is seen shaking the mat with Israel “The Last Stylebender” Adesanya. The two were videod sweating it off while working on Kai’s leg kicks and distance management. Kai has definitely been slugging it away in the hopes to stand victorious in his upcoming fight.
Kai Kara-France well researched and prepped for UFC Fight Night

On the 26th of March 2020, Kai is set to fight Askar Askarov in the flyweight division and he seems more than just amped up, he looks calmly confident.
Kai has revealed in an interview with It’s Time For Sports that he has researched on how he should approach this fight and even took a page from his teammates, Dan Hooker’s book, who recently lost against Islam Makhachev.

“Stuff that I could just take from Dan’s fight, yeah, definitely just early on with guys, you know, they extensively work catching kicks so I won’t be kicking too early in the fight… So stuff that I could take away from Dan’s fight, you know, don’t get caught up too early in the fight, let it build slowly and then see what he’s bringing to the table before I kind of commit to things.”
Kai Kara-France has been training to overpower the aggressive combat sambo style exhibited by his upcoming opponent and his recent training footage of him and Adesanya shows how far along he has come.
