Unlike many fighters from Dagestan, Magomedov is a skilled striker with a knockout via question mark kick. Moreover, he has a lot of finishes with knees as well. In his most recent bout, he finished his opponent with a knee in eight seconds.

The UFC already has had a one-eyed UFC middleweight champion, Michael Bisping. If Magomedov performs like his manager Ali Abdelaziz thinks he will, the UFC can crown another one-eyed champion in the middleweight division.
