Unfortunate Update About Seth Rollins After Crown Jewel Injury Concerns
There is a firm belief within WWE that Seth Rollins might be injured for real, unlike the ruse he pulled on everyone a few months ago.

Things seem to be falling apart in a hurry for Seth Rollins. He would be ruing having put his body through that awkwardly landed Coast-to-Coast headbutt on Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel. The Visionary’s left shoulder bore the brunt of it, and a sling was forced around the affected area as a consequence. A report has emerged on the severity of the suspected injury.
As per PWInsider, the belief within WWE suggests that Rollins is headed for either a shoulder or a rotator cuff surgery. In the wake of this, he’s been pulled from the company’s upcoming live show tour in Japan on October 17 and 18. The aforementioned report also adds that there are some people within WWE operating on a “wait and see” stance, as Rollins had recently worked everyone by faking a knee injury.
The section that does believe that the injury is legit this time around has given the rationale that The Vision’s breakup wouldn’t have happened on Raw this past Monday if it wasn’t for unforeseen circumstances like this. Having said that, Rollins’ future plans are also in limbo. ‘The Architect’ was scheduled to defend his World Heavyweight title against CM Punk at Saturday Night’s Main Event on November 1.
It should be noted there are some within WWE who are taking a "wait and see" stance on Seth Rollins’ injury after he worked everyone about his knee issues over the summer.

With Rollins out injured, WWE will have to find an alternative to deal with Punk’s contendership. Moreover, Dave Meltzer recently noted that Rollins was supposed to main event next year’s WrestleMania with Roman Reigns. While there are six more months to go until then, ‘The Drip God’ might not be back in time to start the build to this highly anticipated showdown.
Is there any silver lining to Seth Rollins’ injury talk?
Pretty much like WWE has done since Triple H‘s creative takeover, the company is keen on keeping sensitive information close to the vest, especially when it comes to its top stars. Fightful Select is reporting that a source within WWE said in an individual capacity that an actual break of an arm would be much better for Seth Rollins than a shoulder injury.

Because if it’s just the arm, the former Shield member could plot a return as early as December. But if a shoulder surgery is inevitable, the source added that WWE wouldn’t be able to avoid a drastic change as far as the future storylines that were linked to Rollins are concerned.
However, the fact that the Iowa native was cleared to appear on Raw and even got attacked viciously by Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed has ignited some hope backstage that the injury might not be as serious as feared.
The specific details of Seth Rollins’ injury were being kept very quiet.

One WWE source said individually, not on behalf of the company, that an actual break of the arm would probably end up better than a shoulder injury, because Rollins could be back in December from a break.… pic.twitter.com/LZyJRyjzDg
The breakup of Rollins’ faction was sped up due to the six-time world champion’s injury fate. The fans enjoyed the shocking element of that angle and believe that it might end up being a blessing in disguise for Breakker and Reed, who are now directly under Paul Heyman‘s tutelage.
How did Becky Lynch react to Seth Rollins’ beatdown on Raw?
Becky Lynch was not on this week’s Raw. And what happened? Her husband got kicked out of his own stable. Reacting to it, ‘The Man’ took to X and wrote, “I’m gone for one week…” What a downer it’d be for Lynch, who’s slated to defend her Intercontinental Championship against Maxxine Dupri on Raw next week.

The Irishwoman was recently paired with Seth Rollins for a mixed tag team feud with CM Punk and AJ Lee. The integration of these women imbued some life into the Rollins/Punk beef. The married couples duked it out at Wrestlepalooza, with Punk and Lee emerging victorious.

Since then, ‘The Crazy Chick’ hasn’t appeared on WWE television, and ‘The Irish Lass Kicker’ has segued into a rivalry with Dupri. The on-screen dynamics between Lynch and Rollins, for how long they lasted, were quite amusing. Their respective heel personas complemented each other so well, and the fans enjoyed every bit of it, unlike their babyface-era link-up in 2019.
