Valorant Deadeye Abilities
Valorant had dropped a flashy cinematic in honor of Valorant’s one-year completion, as well as a hype element for Episode 3. Deadeye had made its way onto the leaks for more than a month, and we know he will be a sentinel, joining the squad of Sage, Skye, and others in the game. As far as the leaks go, he will also be bringing much more precise gunplay in the game as well, and so the Mechanical gameplay will see longevity with his launch.

Valorant has been striving to bring more gunplay ad less ability-oriented play in this FPS shooter, and we have seen the changes already since the launch of KAY/O, whose main ability was to suppress other agents’ abilities. Alongside concept art for the new agent, the name ‘Deadeye’ was also spotted during the Year One Anthem teaser. Valorant data miners also later reported that ‘Deadeye’ is also present in the game’s code.

According to a recent post by Valorant Masters, Deadeye’s kit will be solely focused on mechanical outplays, with an additional highlight in gunplay. The huge yellow gun in the hands of Deadeye has been strongly believed to the enhanced version of the Golden Gun in Spike rush, which allows players to have an effective aiming and ‘one-shot kill’. For all the right reasons, this might be the ability of Deadeye that brings more mechanical play in Valorant, rather than abilities.
