Valorant has recently set its foot onto a new Act alongside a new map, Fracture. Valorant Devs Talk is something brought to the notice of audience with various issues like map or agent fixes or any clarification from the community in general. Recently, developers have talked about some issues that were expected by gamers, but not yet introduced in the game. This includes Map pool system, Jett nerf, Yoru Buff, Icebox rework and much more. The article talks about what the Valorant developers have talked about and prioritize in bringing to the game.

Valorant Devs Talk
While Jett is one of the strongest agents in Valorant following one of her high impact buffs, no nerfs have since followed throughout the patches, unlike many other agents like Viper and the community wanted RIOT to restore the game balance. Popular Youtuber aka Valorant leaker HIITSCAN has shared a detailed video with talks from the developers regarding matters that are to be applied in the game in later times.
Map Pool
According to the developers, they are not done adding maps yet and hope to add more varieties and pitch fresh new ideas for the community in future. We might see more maps like Ascent, i.e., maps with basic layouts more in the next episodes, based on gamer demand. Map Pool is something the developer already have in mind, but are not quite sure of the timing and the number of maps to put into the effort.
Icebox Rework
Icebox The tac shooter’s snowy map brought a bit of everything to VALORANT, with verticality, ziplines, and plenty of choke points. Valorant developers have talked about possible reduction in some of the angle complexities as well the exposed areas on the map, including or excluding verticality as a factor. There might be rework on B site to provide players a chance to plant differently and make them viable.
Jett Nerf
After the developers were asked whether Jett was considered for a nerf, Valorant developers said they are not looking forward to make major balance changes and would let things settle before introducing a huge change in the game. Although Jett is definitely one of the agents being looked at, there would not be major changes soon.
