Valorant Zedd Skin Collaboration: New Audio-Driven Skin Bundle in Act 2 Episode 3

Valorant Zedd skin and Zedd-themed Knife had already been leaked before the onset of new Episode 3. Now, just one day prior to the release of Act 2, Episode 3, Valorant has officially confirmed its collaboration with Zedd, a famous DJ as well as a Valorant enthusiast. Leaked skins are always the ones most sought, especially after new acts or episodes. Skins bring a different touch to the normal gunplay, adding a bit more colors and pop to the usual battlefield.
Apart from the ones that have already leaked or teased, like the battlepass skins, there will be a Zedd-themed melee or even multiple skins in Valorant. The article discusses the new Valorant Zedd-themed skins and a knife that have been officially confirmed by the authorities.

Valorant Zedd Skin
With a tweet today, Riot Games has officially confirmed that they’re collaborating with renowned DJ, record producer, and songwriter Anton Zaslavski, who’s better known as Zedd in the music industry. Riot has teased the upcoming collab through a Tweet, also saying that a special unveiling event will be held for the gaming community, that has taken place shortly.
A Zedd-themed melee weapon was teased in the Valorant Year One Anthem earlier. According to the official release video, Zedd himself had worked on the audio cues with the Valorant team, and the skins at the end could not be any cooler. From the sound effects to the finisher, everything screams pop and is the first of its kind in Valorant.
“Something we established really early on with him [Zedd] was that we wanted to make a skin that would be broadly appealing and awesome whether or not you were familiar with Zedd’s music or brand,” said Sean Marino, Art Lead on Valorant. “This means that players who like sci-fi and sound-heavy skins would love this skin, rather than this just being a skin that only Zedd fans would enjoy.”
According to the short clips, the Zedd bundle contains A Classic, Bulldog, Phantom, and Guardian skins in three Neon variants: Purple/Pink, Yellow/green, and Blue. Apart from these, the Zedd Valorant bundle also contains a Spectrum Gun Buddy, a Zedd Gun Buddy, a Spectrum Card, and a Spectrum Spray. The melee looks like a laser sword with a Z on the hilt and a pinkish glow along the blade. Zedd’s name can also be seen behind it, as well as on all other skins, clearly indicating it is a melee skin inspired by him.
Although this new touch in Valorant has been appreciated by many and despised by some, collective hate is noticeable on the fact that the bundle will cost 10,700 Valorant Points, which is more than any other bundle in Valorant. Apart from being a DJ collaboration, and a cool finisher with inlines, unlike other bundles, the ludicrously high amount of VP might be tough to get along with.
