Talking on the same note, JA Morant has led the Memphis Grizzlies for couple of seasons now. Being 6’3, JA Morant is one of the most athletic scorers in the league, who can score from anywhere on the court, especially with his shorts form downtown 

However, in the 2021-22 season, JA Morant has only gone onto show why is one of the underrated players in the league. Being only 6’3, Morant is one of the leading scorers in from the paint in the 2021-22 season, he averaged 15 points per game, which is the second most by any player. He is only topped by Anthony Davis, who is 6’10 and averaged 15.6 points per game. In the Hornets vs Grizzlies, Morant displayed just how dominant he can be while scoring from the paint.

In the 1st quarter of Hornets vs Grizzlies, JA Morant went onto score 19 points single-handedly for his team out of which 8 of those buckets came from while he attacked the paint.

Moreover, with JA Morant dominating the paint, he was able to establish his dominance throughout the game yet his team fell short in the last quarter yet he was able to score team-high 32 points. Dillion Brooks and Kyle Anderson gave huge boost to the scoring prowess of JA Morant as hey scored 32 points combined coming off the bench. 

Having said that, the particular game ended in the favor of the away team as they won 118-108 after being led by Kelly Oubre Jr, who scored game high 37 points off the bench.
