“Be my punching bag”: Bayley teases massive Wrestlemania match

Bayley is one of the most popular Superstars on the WWE roster. While she was performing as a babyface for the company, she was just another Superstar on the roster. But since she has turned Heel, fans have started loving her work immensely. Her prowess as an in-ring performer was always known to the fans, but her comedic heel side has won the WWE Universe all over again.
“The Role Model” was feuding against Bianca Belair for the Smackdown Women’s Championship, when she was last seen in action. She was scheduled to go after the title, against the EST of WWE at the Money in the Bank PPV. But just days before, she tore her ACL and was ruled out of action for nearly nine months.
Although she has been away from WWE television for quite some time now, Bayley has been in touch with her fans through social media. In fact, she has been slyly teasing her return to action for several months now. Fans were almost convinced that she would be one of the surprise entrants in the Women’s Royal Rumble match but unfortunately that wasn’t the case.
While the former Smackdown Women’s Champion didn’t return to action at Royal Rumble, the teases of her return are back once again! In fact, it seems like Bayley has found herself an opponent for the upcoming Wrestlemania 38. While the event is just a little over a month away, a feud is definitely possible in the coming weeks.
“Rhea Ripley you ready for a new opponent yet or what” – tweeted the Role Model. “You volunteering to be my new punching bag” – replied Rhea Ripley. The former Smackdown Women’s Champion would definitely want to return to Mania considering she didn’t get an opportunity to be a part of the card last year!
Bayley was planned to main event Wrestlemania 38
WWE had initially planned to have the Four Horsewomen of the company to main event Wrestlemania 38. The aforementioned includes – Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair, Bayley and Sasha Banks. A Fatal 4-Way match was being planned but the plans were dropped once Ronda Rousey came into the picture.
The main events of this year’s Wrestlemania have already been announced. Both, Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair are scheduled to put their titles on the line against Bianca Belair and Ronda Rousey, respectively. As of now, there is no official announcement about Bayley and Sasha Banks’ involvement in the event.
