Bianca Belair joined WWE as a member of NXT in 2016, and since then she has been ascending the ladder and reaching the peak multiple times. But what was the EST doing before joining WWE? She was born in Tennessee, and while in high school, she excelled in a variety of sports.

This is hardly unexpected given that the EST has been an avid athlete since she was in high school. She was a track and field athlete at the time, and she competed in several hurdle events during her track and field career. She was not only an athlete but also a CrossFit competitor and a powerlifter.

Her career in all of these activities was cut short owing to a medical problem she was suffering at the time. Shifting rib syndrome is the name given to this medical problem. The lower rib of your rib cage does not move normally in this situation, and the increased moment in that rib causes the person to be a bit short of breath.
