In the year 2022, Sami Zayn became a very big name in the WWE Universe. Fans have always loved his in-ring work, but this year his character work and storyline with The Bloodline is the epitome of top notch sports entertainment. After a rocky start, The Bloodline has finally accepted his as a true member of their faction.

WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry, who is presently working for AEW, has some thoughts about Sami Zayn’s future in the promotion. Henry suggested to WWE that they can create a storyline in which Jey insists Roman Reigns to push Sami to get a Samoan tattoo.

This would be amusing because Sami Zayn would be hesitant to have the tattoo and would undoubtedly scream at the start of the painstaking process. This will make everyone suspicious of Sami, and the storyline may continue in this manner.

Mark Henry said this in the Busted Open Radio“There’s only one thing missing from the Bloodline story- the family crest. I’d like to see Jey suggest to Roman that Sami should get the Samoan tattoo. The comedy that would result from Sami being unsure of it or screaming in pain after one prick would be off the charts.” [H/T WrestleLamia]

Sami Zayn may have strengthened his ties with The Bloodline more, but that does not rule out the eventual turn. Reports suggest WWE is planning to have The Usos defend their Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles against Sami Zayn and Kevin Owens at WrestleMania Hollywood.

Before Survivor Series WarGames, there were rumors of the ‘Honorary Uce’ nearing his end in The Bloodline, but it seems like WWE has decided to prolong the payoff, and rightfully so. After all, WrestleMania is still four months away!

Until then, Kevin Owens will face Roman Reigns for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship, with the match scheduled for the Royal Rumble. WWE has done an excellent job portraying this storyline thus far, and perhaps they will do even better work in the future. Who knows? Zayn might even help KO defeat Roman Reigns at Royal Rumble.
