WWE Hall of Famer accuses Trish Stratus of stealing her moves and setting women’s wrestling back
Trish Stratus' contributions towards this industry will be perennial. However, that doesn't mean some names like Madusa can't have their other thoughts on the same.

Trish Stratus is widely regarded as the greatest female wrestler of all-time. Her co-workers and critics have acknowledged the Canadian superstar as an epitome for women’s wrestling. However, there’s always a bunch of hidden stuff behind a successful tale. Recently, the 47-year-old got lambasted by fellow Hall of Famer, Alundra Blayze.
She alleged Stratus for being a ghost lover at first. Coming to the peak hypocrisy possessed by the latter, Blayze shot on Trish for stealing her moveset too. Back in the day, Madusa was a revolutionary figure in popularizing wrestling culture among women. She was a predecessor to Trish Stratus and just didn’t like the way Toronto-born wrestler carried her legacy.
Also, Stratus never asked Madusa whether she can use one of her patented maneuvers, that aerial turnbuckle handstand. The 60-year-old legend didn’t needed much but a simple request from the Canada’s Greatest Export. Questioning Stratus’ in-ring efficiency, Alundra also said that the 6-time Women’s Champion had a pretty limited arsenal of wrestling moves, on her YouTube channel. As a result of which, she started copying some of Blayze’s signatures.
To settle their dust, Madusa ever tried to DM her multiple times. However, as mentioned above, Trish likes to ghost people. So being said, the Canada’s Got Talent judge never actually got back to Madusa in a polite way. Although she texted back with a ‘Hell Yeah’ and that’s it. Going by the weirdness of that two-word reply, Madusa called that act ‘a typical Trish’.

Trish Stratus will wrestle Becky Lynch at WWE Night of Champions

During her current run with WWE, Stratus has decided to play heel. To serve the purpose, she turned her back on Becky Lynch post WrestleMania. Her inner urge for the betrayal was lack of moral values in present generation women towards their past. During her explanatory promo on Raw, Stratus accused Lynch for not crediting her behind latter’s success.
Stratus argued how she paved the way for women today in this business. And, names like Becky Lynch has been disrespectful throughout their journey. This storyline calls a perfect throwback to what Madusa accused Stratus for, in real. Anyways, after weeks of tension and drama, Lynch & Stratus will collide at Night of Champions this Saturday in Jeddah.
This week on Raw, The Man humiliated Trish during their contract signing for NOC. She even gave serious flashbacks to Stratus for a controversial Attitude Era segment with Vince McMahon. In that, the Canadian legend was forced to bark like a dog. Also, the former Irish Lass Kicker mocked Stratus by calling her ‘bi*ch’ and ‘woof woof’.
