WCW legend Goldberg‘s recent comments on WWE superstar Asuka have got the whole WWE Universe talking. Not only did he criticize Asuka for breaking his undefeated streak, but he also condemned the use of the spear by other superstars. Now, former WWE manager Dutch Mantell has advised The Empress of Tomorrow to use the spear in response to Goldberg’s insensitive remarks.
Dutch Mantell spoke on the Smack Talk podcast and talked about how Asuka could perform moving forward. The 42-year-old star broke Goldberg‘s 173-match winning streak by defeating Bianca Belair on the NXT live event.
She lost for the first time on the main roster at WrestleMania 34, where she failed to win the title from Charlotte Flair. Many fans still consider her undefeated streak great.
Hey, who used the spear tonight? Remember, there was a Spear used by somebody? I forgot now. And I was thinking automatically, 'Boy, Goldberg's mad.' That's what she (Asuka) needs to do. Boom!Dutch Mantell via SmackTalk
Asuka won’t be bothered by these things, as Damage CTRL has a lot on its plate. She, along with Dakota Kai and Kairi Sane, will battle in a tag team match against the trio of Jade Cargill, Bianca Belair, and Naomi at WrestleMania. It will be interesting to see whether they can handle The Storm of Cargill or whether Big Jade will lead her team to victory.

After winning the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble, her journey in WWE turned upside down. Her so-called friends in the group Damage CTRL betrayed her by brutally attacking her. The Hugger will challenge the WWE Women’s Champion, Iyo Sky, for the title at WrestleMania. Only time will tell whether she manages to dethrone her or whether Damage CTRL shenanigans will be too much for her.
