The 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble winner, Bayley, is considered one of the workhorses of the company. She was an important superstar in WWE during the pandemic era, and carried the company with her brilliant on-screen work. Despite being a Grand Slam Champion, she doesn’t get as much recognition as other Horsewomen.

It looks like fans have finally started to acknowledge The Role Model, especially after her win in the 2024 Women’s Royal Rumble match. She took to X and reacted to one fan art piece that showed her as the future WWE Women’s Champion. Previously, the 34-year-old expressed her frustration as she was sidelined in the WrestleMania poster by stars such as Cody Rhodes and Bianca Belair.

Bayley finally turned face when her former Damage CTRL members attacked her after she confronted them for talking behind her back. On an episode of SmackDown two weeks ago, the three-time Women’s Champion fended off all the members of the group and challenged Iyo Sky for the title at WrestleMania. Fans cheered as Bayley stood tall and finally got the recognition she deserved after all her hard work.

Dakota Kai, who was working as the mouthpiece of the group due to her injury, decided to stand with The Role Model. Although she apologized to Bayley for what happened within the group, fans do not believe her wholeheartedly. Kai has a history of backstabbing teammates, as she once betrayed Tegan Nox in NXT. Only time will tell what the future holds for Bayley.

Bayley shows respect to her friend and WWE legend Rey Mysterio at Super Bowl

For Mexican wrestlers, masks play an important role in their careers. In Mexican wrestling culture, removing a wrestler’s mask is considered a sign of disrespect and humiliation. The Role Model truly won fans’ hearts when she showed respect to WWE Hall of Famer, Rey Mysterio

Bayley attended the Super Bowl finals with several WWE and non-WWE superstars, including Sasha Banks, Mojo Rawley, and Jimmy Uso. Rey and his daughter, Aalyah Mysterio, also went to see the match. Outside of WWE, the Luchador does not wear the mask that often. However, Bayley helped him hide his unmasked face with her hand while several wrestlers posed for a photo.

Fans admired and respected The Role Model for her wholesome gesture on social media. The Lucha legend is recovering from a leg injury after a successful surgery. The WWE Universe was happy to see that the superstars were like one big family outside the wrestling ring.
