The Road to WrestleMania is in full swing, and the champions are slowly finding out who they will defend their title against. The current Women’s World Champion, Rhea Ripley, is one of the biggest superstars in the women’s division and the entire company. After almost a year of sheer dominance, Mami has seemingly found a credible contender in “The Man” Becky Lynch. 

The WrestleMania XL Kickoff press conference took place today in Las Vegas, and the 26-year-old star came out to address the WWE Universe. Rhea stated that she does not care who wins at Elimination Chamber PLE or whom she ultimately faces at WrestleMania. However, before she could proceed further, Becky Lynch interrupted her and had a lot on her mind.

The Man gave a stern warning to Mami and assured her that she would win the Elimination Chamber match and fight her at WrestleMania. The segment received a good response from the crowd, as they had a very intense face-off to close out the segment. Evidently, fans are excited for this bout to take place soon. Interestingly, Becky and Rhea have never crossed paths with each other despite being on the same show.

Before the Royal Rumble, Becky openly admitted that she believed Rhea was better than her. She has had a rough past few weeks as she lost to Nia Jax and failed to win the Royal Rumble. However, it looks like she is back on track after becoming the first superstar to qualify for the Women’s Elimination Chamber match. Only time will tell what transpires in the upcoming weeks.

Becky Lynch had an intense face-off with the current Women’s World Champion, Rhea Ripley, at the WrestleMania XL press conference. Later, she gave her immediate reaction after the segment on social media.

The Man took to X and shared a post with a picture of her and Rhea having an intense staredown. She also wrote a caption saying that fans should always bet on her in big matches. The 37-year-old star has always proved herself in high-stakes matches, as she won the first-ever WrestleMania women’s main event match in 2019.

As of now, Becky is the only superstar to qualify and will be participating in her first-ever Elimination Chamber match. She will look forward to winning the brutal match and challenging Rhea Ripley for the title at WrestleMania 40. It will be interesting to see whether The Man can finally defeat her biggest insecurity or if Mami will once again be on top.
