For a while now, Becky Lynch has been the poster girl of WWE’s Women’s division. Currently, she’s the reigning NXT Women’s Champion, and her rage to be a fighting champion has been on full display. It appears like she has mocked a former Women’s Champion by taking a subtle dig at her. On this week’s Raw, Nia Jax hijacked a backstage interview between Jackie Redmond and The Miz.

The Irresistible Force warned the entire locker room, especially her Crown Jewel opponents, Rhea Ripley, Raquel Rodriguez, Zoey Stark, and Shayna Baszler. Everyone beat up Nia during the show, but she still stood up and boasted her strength. She affirmed that it would take only one shot for her to take down her counterparts once and for all. Reacting to the same, Becky Lynch had an interesting response.

Taking to her X account, The Man posted an image of her bloody nose from the November 13th edition of Raw in 2018. Becky, who led Team SmackDown in their pursuit to invade Raw, accidentally caught Nia Jax’s punch right into her nose. That caused Becky’s nose to start bleeding on the spot. Posting an exact snap of that sight, Lynch wrote, “I didn’t stay down.”

For those who remember, it was only after that incident that Lynch’s The Man persona emerged. Her attitude completely changed, and fans started to rally around her despite Becky being a heel. About six years later, the real-life Rebecca Quinn is one of the biggest wrestling personalities on earth. It would be interesting to see whether Jax and Lynch would ever cross paths in WWE again.

Becky Lynch will defend her NXT Women’s title next week

This week on Raw, Candice LeRae and Indi Hartwell confronted Becky Lynch. Indi, who actually never lost the NXT Women’s Championship, asked Becky for a title shot. Without even hesitating, The Man accepted and went straight to Adam Pearce to make that official. So, for the first-time-ever, Hartwell and Lynch are going to dupe it out for the gold next week on Raw in Dallas, Texas.

Not only Indi Hartwell, but another woman had her eyes on Becky Lynch. While the latter was having a chat with the general manager of Raw, Xia Li creeped in and was upset about being overlooked for a crack at Becky’s title even after asking for it before Indi. The Big Time Becks asked Xia to name the date and place for their match.

The Chinese wrestler took a step back and said that the match would happen on her terms. And then, Becky Lynch finally came across Jade Cargill. The two exchanged a word or a few before leaving. It seems like WWE has already locked in this showdown for the future.
