Becky Lynch is currently out of action due to the shoulder injury that occurred during her match against Bianca Belair at the SummerSlam Premium Live Event. She lost the RAW Women’s Championship to Bianca Belair at WrestleMania 38 this year, and she has been attempting to reclaim it ever since.
She even fought for it at the WWE Hell in a Cell Premium Live Event but failed to win it. Becky Lynch was also a part of the Money in the Bank Premium Live Event but failed to win it. The rivalry between Belair and Becky Lynch seems to have culminated, and Lynch seems to be back to being a babyface again.
In August, Becky Lynch stated that her injury has been healing really quickly and she has been experiencing some mobility in her hand. Thereafter, in early September, she said that she is feeling strong and hopes to return to the ring very soon. The former RAW Women’s Champion has been ahead of her schedule for return and she might be back within the next few months.
Recently, Becky Lynch appeared at NYC Advertising Week and spoke about the NXT brand and felt that the NXT talents are the future of WWE. Becky Lynch stated that the NXT brand has amazing athleticism and with the level of concentration that the women are performing, she believes that they are the future. Becky Lynch also mentioned major roster performers like Rhea Ripley, Bianca Belair, and Liv Morgan, who are great and just getting started, and she is extremely enthusiastic about it.
“I look at NXT and–this is no discourse towards the men–but the women, I go ‘oh, yep. That’s the future.’ That’s where the engaging characters are. There’s incredible athleticism, that’s athleticism that never in a million years I would be capable of. I think you can see the interest in what the women are doing down there and so I think it’s the future.”

Becky Lynch believes she can be of help by being a heel
In the same interview, Becky Lynch discussed how being a heel benefits the babyface. She stated that, as a heel, she believes she can be of great assistance. She stated that when a wrestler is a babyface, it is all about how they look and how much the audience likes them. Being a heel, on the other hand, according to Lynch, is about how fantastic you make the babyface appear and how you can make the audience involved and make them want the babyface to win.
