Becky Lynch has feuded with almost every best on the women’s roster and on this Saturday, she will face Bianca Belair for the RAW Women’s Championship. Becky Lynch has been eyeing on the championship since her loss at WrestleMania 38. Becky had won the title last year by defeating Bianca Belair at SummerSlam and which also marked her return to WWE after her pregnancy.
Becky Lynch is the only woman to win the RAW and Smackdown Women’s titles simultaneously. She won it at WrestleMania 35 by defeating Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair. The match was also controversial for a particular reason, which was that Ronda’s shoulders hadn’t touched the mat when Lynch pinned her to win the match. Becky is the inaugural Smackdown Women’s Champion and the longest reigning RAW Women’s Champion, holding the best for 398 days.

Becky Lynch regards pro wrestling as an art form
Becky Lynch stated in an interview with Vincente Beltran in November 2021 that pro wrestling is 100 percent an art and that she is continuously thinking about and fascinated with how the pro wrestling profession can be enhanced and made better. Becky Lynch also stated that she is continuously thinking about how she can better her performances and that this was her mantra for making a comeback after her pregnancy. Becky noted that she continually imagines herself giving her all when performing a specific task, which is also her wrestling mentality.
Becky Lynch recently spoke with Rachel DeMita on ESPN’s Countryside Club Podcast. She discussed about Ronda Rousey’s comeback to WWE following her pregnancy. Lynch believes Ronda does not appreciate the company as much as she should. Becky added that Ronda has gone off on tangents by denigrating the sport to which she has dedicated her life and is passionate. Becky Lynch remarked that both of them have returned after pregnancies, but she has been better than ever and Ronda Rousey has not been the same since, implying that Rousey’s current performances are substandard.
“I think [Ronda Rousey] doesn’t respect it as much as she should. I mean, she’s gone off on tangents disrespecting the sport that I’ve given my life to, that I love, that I obsess about. Both of us have come back from having a child, and one has come back better than ever, and one has not.”
Becky Lynch also stated that she believes she has made a tremendous comeback post-pregnancy and that a wrestler must appreciate the profession and be obsessed with the work that he or she performs in order to be better every day.
