Bobby Lashley had been the proud possessor of the WWE US title since WWE Money In The Bank took place. However, this Monday Night RAW episode wasn’t a fruitful event for him. Not only did he lose his title but was also the victim of a brutal attack.
The former US Title holder Bobby Lashley entered the ring with full enthusiasm and valour. While he was speaking high of his reign, he was stopped when Brock Lesnar made a surprise return to the ring. Brock was last seen feuding with Roman Reigns for the title.
Lashley was extremely shocked at his entry. Brock Lensar didn’t just make his way to the ring but also did something that will be remembered by the WWE Universe and especially Bobby Lashley for a long time. He hurled his attacks on the then US Title holder delivering multiple F5 and German Suplex.
The brutal attack left the champion with a painful arm. While the WWE authorities could gather and help him out of the ring, Seth Rollins made his way to the squared circle. He demanded a title match despite seeing the condition of Bobby Lashley.
Bobby Lashley lashed by two opponents one after the other
Initially, Lashley refused but eventually gave in to Seth Rollins’ demand. He walked upto the ring and fought with all the might he could to retain his championship but Seth clearly had an upper hand in the match. He finally won the title and satisfied his title cravings.
In Spite of the fact that Lashley wasn’t in the pink of health, the medical insisted him to be helped in walking backstage but he was adamant to walk out on his own. Bobby Lashley now has two opponents on the same day. His further bookings will decide which superstar will fall in the US title target area.
