Former Universal Champion Braun Strowman has been out of action for quite some time as he is recovering from surgery. However, the Monster Among Men is currently a topic of conversation among fans due to the recent video he posted on social media. It was known to fans that Strowman had been dating fellow WWE superstar Raquel Rodriguez.

However, from his recent posts, it looks like the two are not together anymore. In the video, Braun Strowman is seen with digital content creator Nina Daniele in a reel about her driving a car. It appeared as though the two were dating and that Strowman had broken up with the former NXT Women’s Champion. The 39-year-old also unfollowed Rodriguez on his social media accounts, leaving fans confused.

Strowman and Rodriguez got to know each other when they started going to the gym together in 2019. In 2021, rumors started surfacing about their relationship when Strowman was released from WWE. This is when they started appearing on each other’s social media profiles. Later, the two confirmed that they were together in January 2022.

Currently, Strowman is away from WWE programming because he is recovering from surgery on his neck. The 39-year-old had to have neck fusion surgery due to complications in his vertebrae. However, the surgery and the recovery are going as per plan, and fans can see Strowman back in action soon. The return timeline is not known yet, but fans expect his return around the Royal Rumble next year.

On the recent episode of RAW, Ripley faced off against Candice LeRae. The match did not last very long, as the champion destroyed LeRae in a couple of minutes. However, after the match, Rodriguez interrupted Ripley and said that she was now cleared to compete. She directly challenged Ripley for her title, as the feud had been brewing for a long time.

Now that Rodriguez is free to compete, she will be the next challenger for Ripley’s title. As the two women share a history, this feud should be interesting for fans. The two are slated to clash at Payback, which takes place next month in Pittsburgh, PA, on September 2nd.
