REPORT: WWE Planning a COLOSSAL Feud between Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns

According to a blistering update, WWE is planning to book a programme between Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns sooner than the fans expect. Bray Wyatt is undoubtedly the hottest thing in the pro wrestling industry right now and it seems the company wants to go all-in regarding him. Thus, the company is looking to put the recently returned star in the title picture.

Though the fans are pretty reluctant to see him in the title picture once again because of what happened with The Fiend in 2019 but the fact that Wyatt is the most bankable prospect for the company right cannot be denied as well.

According to a latest report on the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer noted that while the two might be kept away for a while right now, a future feud between them is imminent as he described it as potentially “the biggest programme in a while.”

While writing the report Meltzer noted- “While it would be best to keep them apart for a while, the idea is Reigns vs. Wyatt could be the biggest program in a long time since Wyatt is so hot right now.” Ever since his return at Extreme Rules, there has been a lot of speculation around the future of the former WWE Champion and the potential feuds he could get in.

Many have suggested the theory of a faction named Wyatt6 featuring him and other Firefly Funhouse characters but nothing concrete has come up yet. Therefore, there has been a lot of talk around the potential feuds for Wyatt.

Since returning Wyatt has made a couple of appearances on SmackDown in which he has delivered emotional promos on SmackDown in which he has admitted being a slave and how he has been surrounded with problems.

It seems like the company is trying to build his persona after his return and still deciding a potential storyline for him. Thus, putting him in a feud makes sense for the company as the reception for the much-awaited star has been ecstatic.

Fans Are Not Willing to see a feud between Bray Wyatt and Roman Reigns yet

While WWE thinks it as a brilliant idea , the fans are a little sceptical of the plans. Reactions on Twitter have revealed that fans just do not want Wyatt in the title picture this early. The scepticism is justified as the earlier reign of Wyatt as the champion completely destroyed his Friend persona which later led to him even being released from the company.

While Roman Reigns has been a dominating champion for this long and a potential match with Dwayne Johnson at Mania on the card has led fans to let him remain the champion at least till the grandest stage of them all. Thus it only makes sense to keep the two stars away for a while till the right time for the feud between two arrives.
