The Dudley Boyz are considered one of the best tag teams ever. The reason is due to their highly regarded Attitude Era feuds and TLC matches. They impacted a lot of Tag Teams for years to come. While reacting to their return to WWE in 2015, former Intercontinental Champion Zack Ryder, a.k.a. Matt Cardona has different opinions about The Dudleys.

Bubba Ray Dudley, who also goes by Bully Ray, has had a history with Matt Cardona. The two feuded on the independent circuit, in the NWA, and in various other promotions. They have had multiple matches. Their most famous match was at Battleground Championship Wrestling: Tribute to the Extreme. His tag team partner, D-Von Dudley, accompanied Bully Ray, who defeated Cardona cleanly.

In a recent exchange on Twitter, a fan shared a video looking back at the return of The Dudley Boyz to WWE in 2015. To no one’s surprise, the iconic faction returned to a loud ovation from the crowd. Cardona took to Twitter to react to the video. He revealed that he was backstage during the return, watching on the monitor. He said that the reaction backstage was quite the opposite, and no one backstage was happy to see the Hall of Famers return.

The 51-year-old got back to The Deathmatch King, saying that he had spent most of his career sitting backstage. He intended to say that Matt Cardona never really became a sensation and was always a mid-carder. The Hall of Famer roasted the former WWE superstars, leaving fans chuckling. The two are known to constantly have heated arguments on Twitter.

Bubba Ray names The Usos “The Greatest Tag Team of all time”

During a recent interview, the WWE Hall of Famer revealed which is the greatest tag team, according to him. Many wrestling fans regard The Dudley Boyz and The New Day as the greatest tag teams in pro wrestling. However, Bubba Ray Dudley has some different opinions about the matter.

He said that The Usos are undoubtedly the greatest tag team of all time. They have won the Tag titles multiple times, similar to The Dudleys and The New Day. He highlighted that the differentiating factor is that they are solely selling tickets for WWE events. The Dudley Boyz were among the sub-attractions for any given show, while The Usos have consistently been part of the main event-level feuds for the past two years.

Jimmy and Jey Uso have been key players in the success of The Bloodline for over two years. Apart from the excellent promos that the two had regularly, The Usos also had great matches against all their opponents. Therefore, Dudley’s opinion can be justified by multiple factors.
