Christian Cage seemingly takes shot at 38-year-old WWE Superstar’s obscene comments on Maxxine Dupri

WWE superstars Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae have been going through some rough times right now. After losing several matches, LeRae’s attitude changed, which also surprised her partner Indi. That change of attitude was seen in the match too, where she made some brutal comments.

On the latest episode of Monday Night Raw, the pair of Indi Hartwell and Candice LeRae fought in a tag team match against Maxxine Dupri and Ivy Nile. However, during the match, the ‘Poison Pixie’ lost control and made some obscene comments about Dupri’s brother, who just passed away. Although her new attitude change shocked a lot of people, it certainly caught the attention of AEW superstar Christian Cage.

Christian took to X and seemingly took a shot at the 38-year-old star for copying his villainous persona. After he made his debut in AEW, he developed a persona in which he talked about wrestlers’ deceased fathers and his intentional sexual interest in their mothers. As LeRae talked about Maxxine’s deceased brother, it caught Christian’s attention, and he called her out.

The pair of Hartwell and LeRae lost the tag team match in Hartwell’s hometown against the Kabuki Warriors at the Elimination Chamber. The cracks are already visible, as the frustrations grow more and more within the Poison Pixie. Only time will tell what the future holds for the two superstars. 

Candice LeRae didn’t regret mentioning Maxxine Dupri’s deceased brother on Raw

WWE superstar Candice LeRae went off on Alpha Academy graduate Maxxine Dupri. However, she didn’t stop there, as she continued to berate her, saying she didn’t belong in the ring. The 38-year-old star even mentioned her deceased brother, which surprised a lot of fans.

Candice revealed on the Raw Talk after the show that she just came to talk about their win. She showed unapologetic behavior toward her actions and left the show. Fans brutally booed Maxxine after several botches during her matches, and Candice took advantage of that.

Maxxine Dupri’s brother Wyatt Zmrzel passed away at the age of 22 and would most likely be used in this feud between two superstars. While some fans felt that Candice crossed the line with her rant against Maxxine, other fans said that this character change was needed for her.
