This week’s Raw was a stacked episode featuring the return of CM Punk in Chicago. ‘The Second City Saint’ came to Raw to address the WWE Universe. However, he didn’t move back to another city after Raw. He was spotted together with Jey Uso at the renowned United States Center at the game supporting the Chicago Blackhawks.
After Raw, CM Punk and Jey Uso joined popular backstage personality Jackie Redmond to watch the match between the Blackhawks and Calgary Flames. The trio was seen having a good time together. These pictures generated a lot of buzz on the internet around ‘The Best in the World’ after showing up at an amazing Raw this week.
CM Punk made his return to Chicago even after being out of action due to injury. He had a fiery argument with Drew McIntyre and arch-nemesis Seth Rollins. The three superstars tried to destroy each other on the mic. However, in all of this, the Voice of the Voiceless announced his role for WrestleMania 40.
Furthermore, he is on board for the show. It is going to be interesting to see the presence of ‘The Best in the World’ at WrestleMania. Fans are excited to see how things are going to go forward with CM Punk. Therefore, this type of presence at this time matters to stay in the talks.
CM Punk opens up on The Rock on Raw backstage
CM Punk and The Rock share a rich history together. The two stars have been involved in an iconic and infamous rivalry in their careers and are not in the best of each other’s books. Recently, the Best in the World talked about the return of the ‘Brahma Bull’ and quietly mentioned him while declaring a challenge.
After Raw, in an interview, Chicago’s own superstar stated that he is happy that the People’s Champion has not mentioned him yet in WWE. The Straight Edge Superstar advised the ‘Final Boss’ to know his role and shut his mouth. However, Punk subtly teased that he might face the TKO board member as well in the future.
