Cody Rhodes reacts to fan getting threatened with divorce by wife for buying his WWE merchandise

The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes is one of the most accomplished superstars in WWE. His popularity among fans can be seen by his topping the charts of the top 10 merchandise sellers. However, Rhodes couldn’t stop himself from laughing at a fan’s obsession with buying his merchandise.
A fan shared a post tagging Cody Rhodes, saying that he bought his hoodie even though his wife threatened him with getting a divorce. The 38-year-old star replied to his post with laughter, announcing even more merchandise, which would drop soon. Rhodes often stays active on social media, reacting to fan-made art and granting special requests from his little fans.
Since he won the 2024 Royal Rumble, a lot of things went down, which nobody expected. The Rock returned to WWE and joined the Tribal Chief, Roman Reigns, to make the Bloodline even stronger. Rhodes even challenged The Rock for a one-on-one match at any time, but Rocky had a different plan for him.

Rhodes and Rollins accepted The Rock’s challenge for a tag team match on Night 1 of WrestleMania 40. If the duo defeats the Bloodline, Rhodes’ title match against the reigns will be Bloodline-free. However, if they lose, his title match would be Bloodline Rules, where anything goes.

WWE fans are enjoying the WWE 2K24 game and have started to play with their favorite characters. According to 2K24, more players have played as Rhodes than as Roman Reigns so far. 1.1 million players have played as Rhodes compared to Reigns’ 1 million. The American Nightmare decided to have some fun at the expense of Paul Heyman and Reigns.
The 38-year-old star took to X and replied to the post with a hilarious video. He shared Heyman’s video, in which he was shocked and saddened, relating to the news. Rhodes has an overall rating of 93, while Reigns has the highest overall rating in the game with 97.
It won’t be fun and games at WrestleMania, though, as Rhodes will look to finish his story on his second chance. It will be interesting to see whether The American Nightmare finally destroys Reigns or the Tribal Chief comes on top once again. However, before that, both superstars will wrestle in a tag match with The Rock and Seth Rollins.
