Former WWE Superstar and current Hollywood actor Dave Bautista has some of the best physiques in the industry. He is known for his strength and bodybuilding. Recently, in a post shared by him on Instagram, he talked about the positive impact of bodybuilding on his life. The 54-year-old talked about how bodybuilding has changed his life and paved his way to WWE.

Dave Bautista went on to say that whenever he feels down, he finds a gym to feel good. He talked about how fitness and bodybuilding crafted his life after going through some negative events. Moreover, the former World Champion said that it has helped him make his way into pro wrestling as well as Hollywood.

It was always therapeutic for me. So really, when I tell people that it changed my life, I'm not exaggerating. And my weightlifting and body-building fitness led me to professional wrestling, which then led to my film career.

For context, the negative events that happened in Dave’s life were discussed in his biography, “Batista Unleashed.” In 1989, Batista had to spend some time in jail for firing a weapon at an occupied residence. Dave revealed that bodybuilding provided him with a place to channel his positive energy.
