“Maybe that someone is you,” Mustafa Ali challenges Dolph Ziggler for next week’s Raw
In a backstage segment on Monday Night Raw, Dolph Ziggler was seen showing displeasure with Mustafa Ali's performance and motivating him to thrive and prove to the world what he's capable of.

With Triple H’s creative regime, many superstars found their way and flourished. One superstar who has yet to find his path is Mustafa Ali. Ali has been frustrated with his performances lately. In a recent episode of Monday Night Raw, Ali competed with Bronson Reed and ended up on the losing side. Furthermore, during a backstage segment, Dolph Ziggler confronted Ali and expressed his disappointment in him for failing to cash in on the opportunities that he gets.
After his match with Bronson Reed, Mustafa Ali was going backstage when Dolph Ziggler confronted him in a WWE Digital Exclusive. Ali was going to explain things, but Ziggler told him to stop giving excuses. Moreover, The Showoff said that whining and complaining won’t do him any good. Therefore, he showed his faith in Mustafi Ali and said everyone knows how good of a wrestler he is. He added that if Ali himself believes that, he needs to make that happen and prove himself. The WWE veteran tried to show him the mirror and told him to introspect.
The WWE Universe sees potential in Mustafa Ali. Therefore, Ziggler tried to boost Ali’s confidence, only to find out that nothing was getting into his head. As a result, he said that somebody needs to teach him a lesson and put that thing into his head. Ali replied sarcastically, “Maybe someone needs to put me in my place; maybe that someone is you.” Moreover, Ali challenged him to a match next week on Raw, but Dolph had already left the scene by then.
WWE has been putting Mustafa Ali in random matches with obscure storylines. The 36-year-old superstar failed to get the attention of the higher-ups. However, Ali is getting some TV time under Triple H‘s regime despite ending up on the losing side. The confrontation between him and Ziggler looks like the inception of a decent storyline for him on the main roster.

The former WWE Champion has not been involved in any major storylines lately. However, WWE keeps involving him in random matches with any rising superstar to put his opponent over. His experience has paved the way for new talents to thrive.
Ziggler has been a part of many incredible storylines in the past. He has had numerous memorable moments in the company. Moreover, he has won multiple championships. Besides, he is also a Triple Crown Champion. However, he is pushing the fresh talents of recent times and getting the best out of them. The WWE veteran is helping the new generation of superstars with his experience.
