Drew McIntyre recently appeared in an interview and spoke about his current run in the company. The Scottish Warrior also revealed how he felt about teaming up with Randy Orton and Riddle at WrestleMania Backlash. The former two-time WWE Champion also heaped praise on Roman Reigns and the Usos for the recent run as champions.

Here’s what he said: “I am deeply in love with wrestling at this stage of my career. Roman Reigns and the other Bloodline members have done an amazing job over the past two years. For my part, I’m delighted to team up with Randy Orton and Riddle. They have had a lot of fun together over the last year. In a much anticipated match for Wrestlemania Backlash, the main event of the premium live event saw Drew McIntyre, the Raw Tag Team Champions, Randy Orton, and Riddle team up to face the team of the Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns, and the SmackDown Tag Team Champions, the Usos.

In an action-packed match, Roman Reigns pinned Riddle to pick the victory for the Bloodline and end the show on a high note. But what’s next for Drew McIntyre? While McIntyre couldn’t pick up a victory at WrestleMania Backlash, he will surely be facing Roman Reigns with the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship on the line very soon.
