Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has been the talk of the town among the wrestling community for the past few days. He recently became an authority figure, as he joined the TKO group of directors. Among all this news, The Rock just dropped a hint that he could fight Roman Reigns at WrestleMania.

When he gave an interview on ESPN, he talked about changing the landscape of WWE. He truly believes that these talented wrestlers could deliver one of the greatest WrestleManias of all time. Along with this, he also teased the most anticipated match between him and his cousin, Roman Reigns, in the main event of WrestleMania.

The 51-year-old star believes in long-term storytelling and slow build-up. The fans loved the rivalry between him and John Cena that went on through 2 WrestleMania matches, with Cena finally completing his revenge after a year. 

I'm a long gamer, I like to build, what this is, if myself & Roman Reigns were to main event Wrestlemania and I meant this very respectfully, we could put on... with us as the main event and this incredible group of Men and Women, we could put on the greatest and biggest 'Mania of all time.

The Rock made his emphatic return at the Day 1 edition of Monday Night Raw and name-dropped Roman Reigns. This could very well plant the seed for the potential dream match between the two cousins. It will be interesting to see where the storyline goes as the Road to WrestleMania starts.

The Rock has been a talking point for the past few days, not just among the fans but also among the superstars. Logan Paul took a hilarious dig at the Great One during his podcast regarding his promo when he returned to the Day 1 edition of Raw.

Paul invited John Cena for an interview, and they talked about several things, and he was asked whether he saw The Rock’s return. Cena replied yes, but was bamboozled by Paul’s next question. He asked whether The Rock had written the lines on his wrist during his promo, referencing one heated segment between Cena and Rock in which he mocked The Rock.

With The Rock now reuniting with WWE, he may give a befitting reply to the current United States Champion in the upcoming weeks. Paul will defend his title against Kevin Owens at the Royal Rumble and hopes to carry that title until WrestleMania. Only time will tell what the future holds.
