The WWE Universe was excited to see Paul Heyman get inducted into the Hall of Fame. However, they also wondered whether he was going to mention his client, Brock Lesnar. The duo spent many years together at WWE. Much to fans’ joy, The Wiseman did in fact mention The Beast in his speech.

The Hall of Fame ceremony took place right after the latest episode of WrestleMania SmackDown. Legendary Paul Heyman was the very first person to be inducted into the Hall of Fame class of 2024.
During his speech, he mentioned Brock Lesnar‘s name, which surprised the WWE Universe, considering the heinous allegations piled upon him.

In January, former WWE employee Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against Vince McMahon, and it appeared that Lesnar was involved in some way too. Since then, he has never been mentioned in WWE, and even his clips from WWE 2K24 were blurred. Therefore, it was quite a surprising moment for fans who love him for his wrestling. They even cheered when Heyman mentioned him in his unique style.

The Beast incarnate’s last match was against Cody Rhodes at Summerslam, which he lost. Despite that, fans witnessed a heartwarming moment in which he hugged The American Nightmare and put him over. It is still unclear when he will be back in the squared circle again.

The WWE Universe was caught by surprise when the 58-year-old veteran mentioned his ‘client’ Brock Lesnar in his speech. Some even thought that after his name was mentioned on live TV, he would make his comeback to WWE soon.

As such, one fan got excited and said that they could expect The Beast to make an appearance at the Show of Shows.
