Former WWE Intercontinental Champion trolls Mia Yim after BRUTAL ATTACK on Raw

Mia Yim is involved in one of WWE Raw’s major storylines. She had a disastrous first run on the WWE main roster, but since her return, she has been on a roll, even appearing in the first-ever women’s WarGames match at Survivor Series. She is currently feuding with Rhea Ripley amid The O.C. and The Judgment Day rivalry.

Mia Yim had many interactions with the ‘Nightmare,’ with both women getting the better of each other. On last week’s episode of Raw, Rhea Ripley mauled Mia Yim backstage. She viciously kicked Mia, raising major concerns from fans and even fellow superstars. One such superstar who reacted to the attack was the ‘Gold Standard’ Shelton Benjamin.

Shelton responded to the kick on Twitter, poking Mia in the tweet. He added Mia cannot consume anything after the boot. He was referring to the boot being excessively powerful, and the loud thud that followed upon connection was frightening.

Shelton’s tweet read, “After eating that Boot from @RheaRipley_WWE the blue-haired gorgon @MiaYim was too stuffed to eat any turkey today.” Fans have hilariously reacted to the sense of humor of the former Intercontinental Champion and found this comment a lot funnier than expected.

Mia Yim changing names got backlash

WWE was undecided over what name Mia Yim should use. Many things happened because of this insecurity, such as the decision to alter the name to Michin. Michin is a nickname that was given to her by fellow member of The O.C., Karl Anderson.

Fans appreciate the name as a nickname, but they despise it as a ring name. There was a lot of anger from fans about the name, and people trolled WWE for this name change. Following the outcry, WWE reverted back to her original ring name, Mia Yim.
