“We’re no closer to find out what happened!” Former NXT Women’s Champion raises concern about her health
Three Weeks after collapsing in the ring and getting escorted by an ambulance, Roxanne Perez provides an update regarding her current medical condition that may not be a pleasing news for the fans.

Roxanne Perez has been a vital part of the NXT women’s division ever since making her debut on the Gold brand. She also won the NXT women’s championship last year by defeating Mandy Rose. Roxy was enjoying an amazing title reign until the unfortunate events took place. Earlier this month, on NXT Roadblock, Roxanne collapsed in the middle of the ring following her match.
Roxanne Perez was set to defend her NXT women’s title against Meiko Satomura on an special edition of NXT. At the end, Roxanne secured the victory to retain her title. However, the show didn’t have a happy ending, as the NXT women’s champ suddenly collapsed after her match. The scenes turned horrific when she had to be escorted out on a stretcher. Booker T also left the announcer’s desk to check on Roxy.
She had to leave the arena in an ambulance to reach the nearest hospital. Ever since that incident, fans have been praying for her and hoping to see her back in the ring soon. Roxanne recently took to twitter to update fans regarding her current condition.
Roxy tweeted, “I can’t thank the @WWENXT Universe enough for all the thoughts and prayers over the past two weeks. The outpouring of support fills my heart. I wish I had better news, but the doctors are saying we’re no closer to finding out what happened to me at RoadBlock”.
The tweet might have concerned the fans even more as his doesn’t seem to be a good news. Moreover, Roxy has been dropped off the NXT women’s title without even losing that. More updates regarding her health would be provided soon.
Roxanne Perez promised to return stronger than ever
Roxanne Perez might be down and out for now, but she has fighting spirit like no other women. After sharing a disappointing on Twitter regarding her health status, The former NXT women’s champion replied to her own tweet and kept fans’ hope up high.
She stated, “I’m very frustrated, but I promise I’ll be back, stronger than ever, but I just don’t know when! <3”. Considering the tweet, Roxy’s return to the ring is uncertain but she seems confident about returning sooner rather than later. Fans must be eagerly waiting to see her back on TV as soon as possible.
