WWE and many other big names from the industry have shared their tributes to the deceased Mike Halac. His most notable work in his career came from WWE as Mantaur. Therefore, WWE posted a message on their social media pages extending their condolences. Halac had two reigns in WWE, one in 1995 and the next one in 1996, before he went to USWA and WCW.

Halac’s first run was more memorable than the latter one, as he played the gimmick of Mantaur. Jim Cornette managed the superstar as he faced the IC Champion of the time, Razor Ramon. Once, he almost defeated the champion and became an IC Champion. Apart from Ramon, Mantaur feuded with Jeff Jarrett, Bob Holly, Bam Bam Bigelow, and other mid-carders of the time.

After a brief hiatus, Halac returns to Vince McMahon’s company as an unnamed bodyguard for Goldust. He accompanied Goldust for his match against The Ultimate Warrior at In Your House 7. Halac was bodyslammed by The Warrior after Goldust lost the match.
