The Day 1 edition of Monday Night Raw was filled with amazing performances with multiple title matches. Along with that, Jey Uso and Kofi Kingston teamed up to fight against Imperium. The match came to a horrific end as Giovanni Vinci suffered a concussion after a dropkick from Kofi.

Fortunately, after the incident, Giovanni Vinci himself took to X and addressed the concerned WWE Universe. During the match, Kofi Kingston delivered a dropkick that led to Vinci landing flat on the mat. This move may have hurt Giovanni’s head, making the referee stop the match.

Things are not going well for Imperium, as Vinci and Ludwig Kaiser are not able to replicate the same level of success the Ring general Gunther did. Gunther gave a last warning to both superstars and demanded that they fix their internal problems to regain momentum by winning matches a few weeks ago on Raw.

Giovanni garnered so much love and support from the fans as the comment section was filled with best wishes. Although Vinci and Kaiser have yet to show what they are capable of, nobody can deny that they are very talented in-ring performers.

Giovanni Vinci did not have a great 2023. He and Ludwig Kaiser lost the most number of matches in 2023, making an unwanted record. Vinci and Kaiser are the members of Imperium, they couldn’t focus much on the tag team division because of their leader Gunther.

WrestleMania shared a tweet on X about the WWE Wrestlers with the most losses in 2023, and the Imperium members occupied the top places with Bayley being the third. The fans expressed their disappointment with the list as they expect Kaiser and Vinci to be on top of the tag team division.

Vinci and Kaiser have only a handful of wins on their name against the likes of Alpha Academy and OC. If they want to turn their fortunes around, they have to win the matches and finally capture the Tag Team belts. It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Imperium.
