“He’s got a rocket ship up his BUTT and to the moon”- Goldberg heaps tons of praise on Brock Lesnar for his unselfish nature & creative brilliance

Brock Lesnar vs. Goldberg at Survivor Series 2016
WWE icon Bill Goldberg faced Brock Lesnar upon his WWE return in 2016 and quite the fact their rivalry drew massive eyeballs on the company’s programming and their business standpoint. Goldberg was a huge name in WCW where he was a pure force of nature going on an undefeated streak of 173 matches. This is till date considered as one of the greatest streaks in the history of professional wrestling. In what was the highest grossing WWE event in history at The Garden, Goldberg beat Lesnar at Wrestlemania XX with Stone Cold Steve Austin as the Special Guest Referee.
After nearly 12 years, WWE decided to revisit this iconic rivalry in 2016 when Lesnar and his advocate Paul Heyman layed down a challenge for the Icon on Monday Night Raw which was later accepted by Goldberg and their match was set for Survivor Series. After weeks of hide and seek, the two giants finally came face to face at the marquee event and within the barest of spans, Goldberg Jack hammered Brock Lesnar down for the count of 3 to the mat and pick up a massive victory over the Beast. Nobody couldn’t even process what they just saw in front of their naked eyes and the entire arena was in utter disbelief.
Recalling upon the backstory to that moment, WWE Hall of Famer Goldberg recently revealed some insights while speaking on Talk is Jericho. Bill went straight flowers for The Beast Incarnate and called him an absolute Mastermind saying he never thought a guy of his background who talked some sh*t regarding the fake and scripted nature of pro wrestling would get invested into this thing as he did with him. He also said that it was none other than Brock Lesnar himself who came up with that 90 second squash idea. The WCW legend also said that he learnt a lot from Lesnar and praised his unselfish heart which always puts up others beforehand.
“I never would have said this before, and I don’t think you would have said this before, but Brock Lesnar is an absolute mastermind. He really is. That is something that I never saw coming. Never, especially from a guy that talked bullshit about the business prior to getting into it, that he would never get into the fake wrestling thing considering he was a real wrestler. I learned a lot from Brock and I learned a lot about who he is and about how creative he is and about how unselfish he is. Those are things that people would definitely be surprised about when talking about Brock Lesnar.”
Brock Lesnar is reportedly done with WWE for the rest of 2022

We last saw Brock Lesnar at Summerslam this year where he came up short in his efforts to overcome Roman Reigns in a Last Man Standing match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship. The entire Bloodline ganged up over Lesnar and succeeded in keeping The Beast down to the count of 10. As of now, Brock is not advertised for any WWE show this year. However, he is there for the promotional material for WWE’s Day 1 premium live event scheduled for the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, Georgia.
