WWE SmackDown superstar Grayson Waller is currently one of the hottest prospects on the show. Since his main roster call-up, he has worked with the biggest stars in the promotion, impressing fans with his snarky charisma. Recently, the Arrogant Aussie stirred ‘heat’ online when he trolled Travis Kelce for settling with a “6” like Taylor Swift. 

During an appearance on WWE’s The Bump, Grayson Waller brutally mocked the relationship between the NFL star and the pop singer. As many might know, the celebrity couple has stolen headlines as of late. Waller opined on Kelce’s “choice” and openly called him out for dating Taylor Swift. As expected, the latter’s fanbase was not at all pleased with the comments.

“I’m not the type of guy who’d settle for a 6, but to each their own. Personally, I have a preference for a bit more pizzazz—I lean towards 9s or 10s. I know Austin [Theory] feels the same way. But hey, kudos to him [Travis] for finding his match and giving it a shot,” Grayson Waller said [H/T: Ringside News].

The former NXT wrestler is known for expressing controversial opinions online. Previously, he has called out the likes of Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson and John Cena on his social media accounts. The Aussie Icon’s provoking comments often become the talk of the town.

Without a doubt, Grayson Waller has the potential to be a future World Champion. As of late, his newly formed partnership with Austin Theory has emerged as a prominent feature on Friday nights. On the most recent edition of SmackDown, the duo’s undefeated streak came to an end in a loss against the now-ex-Tag Team Champions, Cody Rhodes and Jey Uso.

Grayson Waller reveals why he didn’t help Austin Theory during The Rock segment

The Rock made a thunderous return to WWE on the September 15 edition of SmackDown. The Great One interrupted Austin Theory, mocking and later delivering a People’s Elbow to him. As a result, fans questioned why Theory’s partner, Grayson Waller, didn’t come out to help him. Recently, the 33-year-old wrestler revealed the reason behind the same.

While speaking on WWE’s The Bump, Grayson Waller claimed that Austin Theory “destroyed” The Rock on the microphone. “And for me, you know, I left something in my car. I had to at the start of the show; I’m in the main event with John Cena. And then I come back; all of a sudden, people are talking about The Rock,” the Arrogant Aussie added. 

Furthermore, Grayson Waller stated that the Brahma Bull supposedly left because he didn’t want to come face-to-face with him. All in all, the former NXT superstar continued to openly mock The Rock. Needless to say, fans are hoping to see the WWE legend appear on the “Grayson Waller Effect” in the foreseeable future.
