Grayson Waller continues his streak of roasting and calling out WWE legends. In his latest Tweet, the 33-year-old targeted former WWE Champion AJ Styles, calling him overrated and comparing him to a balloon he found in the audience.

In his Tweet, Waller said, “Bluey and AJ Styles have a lot in common! They’re both overrated.” Waller wrestled AJ Styles in a dark match after SmackDown. While coming down to the ring, he took Bluey the balloon from the audience, tore it down, and threw it away as the crowd booed him. He would later lose to Styles in the match. Therefore, Waller said that Styles and Bluey are both overrated.

The 33-year-old also took a shot at his former rival, Johnny Gargano, hoping that he sees this. Before Waller came down to the ring, AJ Styles also shared a light moment with Bluey the balloon as he brought it inside the ring before giving it back. Therefore, Waller decided that he would pull a heel move and rile up the crowd.

AJ Styles and Grayson Waller have also faced off before when Styles went down to NXT. He appeared on the Grayson Waller Effect when he was on the black and gold brand. WWE seems to be high on pushing Waller and, therefore, is putting him in feuds against legends and big names from the company.

Grayson Waller is not surprised by his success on the main roster

Since debuting on the main roster, Waller has been unstoppable in terms of performance. Very few other NXT call-ups have received the treatment Grayson Waller did in the first month of his call-up. While asked about how he feels about his run on the main roster so far, the Australian was far from surprised. He said that he honestly does not feel shocked, as he knew he could do anything possible.

Waller also said that he probably had the greatest week on the main roster in the history of the company. He had Logan Paul as a guest on his show when they were in London for MITB. At MITB, he was in a segment with 16-time world champion John Cena. On the following episode of SmackDown, he made his in-ring debut against none other than WWE Hall of Famer Edge.

Therefore, it can be confidently said that WWE has big plans for Grayson Waller, as was seen from the face-offs he had during his initial period on the main roster. Currently, Waller is calling out The Rock online and during backstage interviews. Therefore, fans will have to wait and see if The Great One returns to WWE after years to smack the Australian.
