The tag team of Austin Theory and Grayson Waller can’t catch a break from controversy, even in Australia. The former United status champion was involved in a heated conversation with an Australian journalist regarding wrestling. Now, the Australian native Waller has come up with a solution.

The 33-year-old took to X and proposed a tag team match between Theory, Waller, and two Australian journalists. Austin argued with an Aussie journalist who said that wrestling is fake and even threatened to hit him.

The duo of Theory and Waller has caused a lot of chaos in WWE since they joined forces together. They are doing a pretty good job, as they are constantly getting a reaction from fans, whether it’s good or bad. The 33-year-old is known for his controversial opinions on social media, be they about a person or country.

Waller will host his talk show at Elimination Chamber with two special guests. Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins. They will stand side by side after the latter decides to support the former to finish the story. It will be interesting to see whether fans will witness an appearance from The Rock and Roman Reigns or not.

Aussie journalist accepts open challenge from Austin Theory and Grayson Waller

WWE superstar Grayson Waller proposed the idea of having a tag team match against Australian journalists. The former U.S. champion had a verbal argument with an Aussie journalist for saying professional wrestling is not real.

Now, after an open challenge from Waller, the West Australian account says they are ready for a fight. However, this is not the first time that journalists have asked them if wrestling is fake or not. Wrestling legend Vader could not control as attacked him on live TV for this same topic many years ago.

Both sides are ready, as there could be a possibility of fans witnessing their heated match taking place in the Elimination Chamber. It will be interesting to see what happens when Grayson Waller hosts his talk show with Cody and Seth as the guests.

Speaking of the Elimination Chamber, the event will feature just 5 matches, with two being Men’s and Women’s Elimination Chamber matches. Judgment Day members Finn Balor and Damian Priest will defend their tag titles against Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate. In the main event, Rhea Ripley will defend her Women’s World title against Nia Jax.
